Annapolis, MD | Attention Annapolis Dog Lovers: Dog Thrive is coming soon to Annapolis! Dog Thrive opened their first location in Gambrills, MD in late 2016 and provides dog daycare, boarding, training, & grooming services…along with dog walking, sitting & taxi services. Dog Thrive Annapolis will be located just off of Bestgate Road, across from the Westfield Annapolis Mall. Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services handled site selection and lease negotiations for Dog Thrive.
The new facility is nearly 6,000 Sq. Ft. and located in the 5-building “Annapolis Commerce Park”, owned by The Bernstein Companies. Dog Thrive Owners Scott Parker, Tyler Parker & Matthew Steward commented, “The opportunity for Dog Thrive to be a part of the dog community in the great town of Annapolis is a dream come true. Dog Thrive signed a 10-yr lease for the new location, showing their strong commitment to the Annapolis market. Renovations are well underway, and Dog Thrive plans to open its doors in Annapolis this December.
Dog Thrive does not plan to stop their growth at location #2….Rosso Commercial Real Estate is starting the search for Dog Thrive’s 3rd location now and considering all highly dense and affluent markets in the greater Baltimore-Washington region.
