Colin was able to swiftly negotiate and secure space for AllState Insurance in Hanover (2,200 SF), Advanced Solar in Landover (5,700 SF), A&M Sports & Fitness in Upper Marlboro (5,000 SF) Wright Traffic Control in Glen Burnie (2,100 SF) and helped our Landlord client, Schummer Properties, secure Pioneer Contracting to rent their vacant W2-zoned contractors lot in Glen Burnie.
