A big contracts to Chip Cunningham (& the Clear Team) for their recent expansion in Millersville!! Last week, Clear leased an additional 13,840 SF of flex space to house their expanding business operations.
Formed in 2006 as a textile restoration company, specializing in the restoration of personal property after a disaster…In the years since, Clear has expanded its offerings to full service restoration as well as professional disinfection and developed into one of the nation’s leaders within the insurance property restoration and disinfection industry. In 2018, RossoCRE helped Clear and their affiliated company, Cunningham’s Rug Cleaning, lease 11,000 SF at 403 Serendipity Drive. As the business has grown since 2018, so has the need for additional space.
Chip Cunningham contacted John @ RossoCRE in January, and within 30 days, John was able to secure an additional 13,840 SF at an adjacent property for Clear, with mutually agreeable terms and conditions of the lease negotiated with the Landlord in short order. A big thanks to Brian Watts from Colliers for his help in completing this transaction on behalf of the Landlord.
