We visited our friends and clients, Henry and Billy of Pherm Brewing, to check out the progress of the new spot! It was such a great experience working with them to help secure their location, and we cannot wait to try ‘the goods’ soon!! 
The 6,000 SF brewery and tasting room is located just off Rte 3 in Gambrills. Pherm will also feature live music and be a place where local artists can show their talents..with some high quality PHERMented drinks in town! Pherm engaged Rosso Commercial as their Tenant representatives to spearhead their site search, site selection and lease negotiation process.
Here is to a speedy and smooth opening, and first year in business!
