GENE PARKER JOINS ROSSO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Award-winning Annapolis Commercial Real Estate Firm Grows to Meet Market Demand

Annapolis, MD — Gene Parker, a regional leader in commercial real estate, has joined Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services as Principal, where he will launch the firm’s new consulting services and help expand the firm’s brokerage business across the region. Parker joins the firm from Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) in Baltimore, MD, where he served as President for the past 10 years. He will remain the Vice Chairman of CRC’s Advisory Board and will continue to serve on its Investment Committee. RossoCRE, founded in 2016, is an award-winning leader in the local commercial real estate market.

Parker will assist the Rosso team in growing their already robust commercial real estate brokerage business, while also expanding the firm’s scope of services. Gene will build a consulting platform for current and new clients, along with providing executive leadership to companies in Baltimore, Annapolis and the Washington, D.C. area. He will continue to teach commercial real estate at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown Universities, and serve on corporate boards.
