Check out one of the coolest new counseling offices in Annapolis! Our friends, Cedar Counseling & Wellness, have just moved into their new digs at 1997 Annapolis Exchange.
Rosso Commercial was tasked with leasing this 3,400 Sq. Ft. Class-A office space for our other client, MPB Commodities, when MPB needed to expand and move out with term left on this lease. After finding MPB a larger and more accommodating office elsewhere in town, this Annapolis Exchange office was ready for a new business to call it home. Cedar contacted RossoCRE seeking space for their practice, and after some searching, this space was negotiated and win-win was achieved for all parties.
Shout out to Making Room for Peace design for their work transforming the feel of this space into a very cozy and warm office for Cedar and their clients to enjoy for years to come! ????
