Annapolis, Md. — Colin Lennon has joined Rosso Commercial Real Estate in Annapolis. As an 8-yr veteran of the industry, Lennon brings significant brokerage experience and relationships to the firm, where he will represent businesses and property owners with their commercial real estate initiatives. Lennon comes from The Ezra Company, where he represented clients such as 2U, EDF Inc, Montgomery Co Chamber of Commerce, Epsilon and The Association of Zoos & Aquariums and many others.
Lennon stated, “Having spent the last eight years in brokerage with a prominent tenant firm in Washington, D.C., it was important for me to bring that skillset and knowledge to my hometown of Annapolis. After spending time with the team at Rosso, it was evident that our values were very much aligned. We are in the people business, and it is vital to the success of any company that there is chemistry and a vibrant culture internally as well as with the clients that you represent. Rosso exemplifies these standards and it sets us apart as representatives of tenants and owners alike, implementing the highest level of creativity, professionalism and work ethic.”
“We are honored that Colin has selected our firm,” said John Rosso, a Principal of Rosso Commercial. “We’re excited to have him on the team as we continue to grow our business in the region. Colin brings a unique perspective to our firm, coming from a larger tenant-rep brokerage, and has the type of experience, character and values that embody the type of person we are proud to call a colleague. We are pleased to welcome Colin aboard.”
Colin will represent current and new RossoCRE clients, and will help the firm continue to grow Landlord/Owner and Tenant/Business representation services. Colin is a graduate of St. Lawrence University in Upstate New York and prior to Rosso played professional soccer in Ireland and in the United States. Additionally he has coached at the youth levels and also spent 5 years as an Assistant Coach at The George Washington University. He resides in Annapolis with his wife and two children.
The RossoCRE team also includes Principal, Gene Parker, and Vice Presidents Ryan Brassel and Mike Foundos, Jr., who have extensive market knowledge and experience in the greater Baltimore-Annapolis market. Christopher DeLuca also serves as a valuable resource to the RossoCRE team and clients, with substantial experience in retail, office, and restaurant real estate as a project manager and owner’s representative.
