Located at 46 Wishing Rock Road in Pasadena, the 10,000 Sq. Ft. multi-tenant commercial property will serve as a new headquarters for Complete Conversion Services Inc (CCSI), along with a great long-term investment vehicle with a multitude of Tenants that call the property home. Rosso Commercial worked with CCSI for close to 2 years to identify a property that met CCSI’s needs.
CCSI is family owned and operated by brothers Ben, Matt and Dan, along with father, Ken Bombard. They employ over 45 direct, full time employees, and a host of licensed sub-contractors. CCSI provides complete Turnkey project Management to Apartment Communities, with projects ranging in size from 175-1100 apartments. CCSI also specializes in interior/exterior renovation services, commercial tenant improvements, interior build-outs and more. It was fun working with the Bombards to help them realize their goal.
