?? Thank you to Michael Crim and CK Commercial for your trust and confidence to handle this very important 2-part process involving the disposition of a 3-story office building, and acquisition of a new flex space to house the new worldwide HQ for CK! ??? This was a unique, challenging but very rewarding process… 

This involved the disposition of a multi-story suburban office property, quickly followed by a search to secure a new and more appropriate home for CK (happening simultaneously once office building sale was under contract during due diligence)… 

Factors at hand: Covid (duh), we had to successfully market + sell existing property for top dollar, locate more appropriate property in same submarket, manage all timelines and successfully complete goals within 3-6 month timeframe. 

Added Bogey: Severe lack of inventory to purchase, however we were able to find the ‘diamond in the rough’…EXCEPT, within 1 day on market, we were faced with a competitive offer situation in order to secure the new property. 

Outcome: When you combine like-minded business owners that don’t take “no” for an answer, and must win…

Result: Office building sold for top dollar (97.5% of ask) + competitive offer situation WON (terms are so important) + due diligence timelines & associated hurdles managed to all party’s satisfaction, and…. both properties settled within 1 week of each other.
