After 25 years leasing space at the I-97 Business Park in Millersville, Gutter Helmet decided it was time to own their own commercial space, and successfully acquired their new headquarters building at 210 Najoles Rd in Millersville, MD.
Located just down the road from their existing office, the freestanding 15,600 SF flex building was identified as a great opportunity for Gutter Helmet to house their expanding back office, sales and call center operations.
