Ryan Brassel recently had the opportunity to work with Adam Pusateri, a renowned national chef and restauranteur, secure and negotiate an ideal location to house his catering & restaurant business named “In Grano” (meaning ‘against the grain’ in Latin). In Grano will be a bistro-style bakery, located at the Annapolis Tech Park on Riva Road. Adam, an Annapolis native, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and is moving back to the Annapolis area from Las Vegas to oversee the new operations.
