A big CONGRATS to our friends and clients, Julep Southern Kitchen & Bar for the opening of their new restaurant in Annapolis!
Rosso Commercial was tasked by with leasing a former Bertuccis restaurant space by the Ownership of the Property, located adjacent to Outback Steakhouse in Annapolis, MD nearby the Towne Centre at Parole and Home Depot. The 7,100 SF restaurant space came with substantial restaurant improvements from the prior Tenant, which made for a great opportunity for a restaurant owner/proprietor to renovate and rebrand the space with a new concept. John Rosso and Ryan Brassel represented the Landlord, 2207 Forest Drive, with the lease-up of this restaurant space.
We recommend everyone go to check out this new Annapolis foodie gem, and enjoy some amazing creative southern cuisine (with plenty of easy parking) compliments of an all star chef/proprietor, Bob Krohn.
