WiseCare Urgent Care, a multi-unit Urgent Care Clinic, signed a 10-yr lease for a 2,730 SF retail space at 485 Ritchie Hwy, within the “Severna Park Market Center” retail project. Severna Park Market Center is located at 485, 487 and 489 Ritchie Highway, within the Severna Park Town Center district just north of the Robinson Road – Ritchie Highway intersection.
