Annapolis MD (March 10th 2017) — When one of our clients, Ledo Pizza Systems, encountered the unfortunate situation of a two-alarm fire at their property in Annapolis, Rosso Commercial was tasked to find a new space, FAST. Within 24-hrs, RCRE was able to identify and secure a turn-key new 4,000 SF space, fully furnished, allowing our client to get their Ledo and Urban BBQ franchise operations back up and operating in extremely short order.
Ledo Pizza Systems leased the 4,000 SF office space, located at 41 Old Solomons Island Road in Annapolis. The space was turn-key, with executive furniture and systems furniture in-place making for a ‘plug and play’ scenario for Ledo to get up and operating.
