Annapolis MD (October 26th 2016) — Rosso Commercial Real Estate is happy to announce the successful purchase of 8 Evergreen Road by their clients, David & Dawn Orso.
The Orsos purchased the stand-alone office property located in the heart of Severna Park to house David’s real estate business, The David Orso Group of Century 21 New Millennium.
John Rosso of Rosso Commercial, an Annapolis based commercial real estate firm, negotiated the sale of the off-market property for the parties.
David Orso stated “This property has been the home to Quayle Landscape Design Build for years and we hope to continue to run our family business with the same integrity as Hal and Mary Quayle do every single day.” The derivation of the property site was the first tee of a 9 hole golf course which covered the ground now known as West Severna park and Olde Severna park. The first owner of the structure was an Architect named Howard Wheeler and then Dr Church ran a general practice from the property thereafter. The Quayle’s purchased the property and made incredible improvements to the building including the development of a second structure which was Maine Cottage and is now Sew Beautiful (custom upholstery and window treatments). “Dawn and I will be putting our loving touches on the property and hope you’ll stay tuned for our grand opening party” said David.
