We are over the moon for our friends at Preserve & Harmony Hospitality to be the new owners of the former Cafe Bretton in Severna Park! Their new concept, “Garten”, is a new take on a German beer garden with elevated German cuisine, and will be housed at the property that was purchased in June, located at 849 Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd. ????
The 2nd generation 2,800 SF restaurant building is situated on just under 2 acres in Severna park and features expansive outdoor space and gardens where fresh vegetables, herbs and ingredients can be grown and experienced on-site. Add into the mix Jeremy & Michelle Hoffman, two grads from the Culinary Institute of America, with incredible food and hospitality resumes to boot, and Severna Park will be in for a pretty spectacular addition to the dining scene.
Their other restaurant, Preserve, located on Main Street in Annapolis has been one of the only Annapolis-based restaurants to continually make top rankings in Washingtonian’s 100 Very Best Restaurants in the region. Rosso Commercial was tapped to sell the property on behalf of the prior Owner and handled the transaction. Kudos to Ryan Brassel and John Rosso for handling the deal.
