Green Spring Realty Partners (GRP), a full-service commercial real estate companies specializing in the acquisition of opportunistic real estate investments have sold their four property asset in Wakefield Business Park to buyers for a total of $7.25 million. The four properties located at 1512, 1514, 1516, 1520 Jabez Run Road in Millersville, Maryland total over 67,000 square feet and consist of three warehouse/flex properties and one office. 

Grander Capital Partners acquired the three warehouse industrial properties (1512, 1514, and 1516) which total 39,000 square feet for $4.05 million. The three, Class B, signal story buildings were delivered back in 2003 and add to Grander Capital Partners growing asset portfolio in the region. They have previously acquired 1302, 1304, 1306 Concourse Drive (see CoStar COMP 3728423) as well as 120 E Baltimore Street (see CoStar COMP 4043618) and 25 S. Charles Street (see CoStar Comp 3893598).

Trokme Commercial Partners purchased 1520 Jabez Run Road, a 25,584 square feet, Class A office building in which they are a tenant for $3.25 million. At the time of sale the property was approximately 87% occupied according to CoStar Data, with major tenants such CK Commercial, Strayer University, Sinclair Prosser Law, State Farm and others occupying space.
