Rosso Commercial Real Estate Honored for Leasing, Sales Achievements by CoStar Group in First Full Year in Business
Boutique Annapolis Firm Rises Quickly to be a Regional Player
Annapolis, MD – Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services (RossoCRE) has been named a Top Leasing Firm and a Top Sales Firm by CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) as part of the organization’s Power Broker Awards. John Rosso, Principal at RossoCRE, was also named an individual Top Leasing Broker. This recognition comes as RossoCRE marked its first full year in business. RossoCRE was the only Annapolis/Anne Arundel County-based CRE firm to have been selected for both a Top Sales and Top Leasing award winner.

To be selected for this honor, RossoCRE’s overall transactional volumes were evaluated by CoStar against other commercial real estate brokers active in the region, and subsequently ranked among the top brokers in the market.
