Started in a 9 x 12 room within a friend’s office in Annapolis in August 2016, we hung our shingle and created a new commercial real estate brokerage firm to service the greater-Baltimore market. In an industry dominated by firms that have been in existence for decades, along with much larger national/international firms with a strong-hold on the marketplace, it was absolutely frightening to think about being the ‘new guy’ to the scene and trying to establish a name and brand that commercial property owners and businesses would trust as their partner. Three years later, we have carved out a place for ourselves in this market. We have moved to larger office space twice and have been fortunate to have incredibly talented, hardworking people join our team and help build a company that serves our community.
Our team truly feels that we are building something special and we love it. We still have the odds stacked against us in a mature industry, but we keep our heads down, try our very best to bring value to our clients, and we grind day-in and day-out to give our clients the best of what we’ve got. Plus, we manage to have a little fun while continuing to build this new and progressive company.
