Rosso Commercial is pleased to announce the off-market sale of the Village at Nursery Road, located in Linthicum, Maryland to Mitco Nursery Road LLC. The property settled December 5th 2018 for $2.6M and was 100% leased upon closing.
The Seller, 1700 Nursery Road LLC and Leopard Financial, built the retail center in 2008, which fronts on W. Nursery Road in the ‘hotel district’, near the Airport Square Office Park. As part of the sale, Starbucks will be expanding their store to their new prototype and has renewed their lease. Jimmy Johns and Smart Rooms Conference Center @ BWI Conference Center complete the 3-Tenant retail strip.
