Annapolis MD (Sept. 14th 2016) — Rosso Commercial Real Estate is honored to have had the privilege to represent Sandy Pony Donuts with their lease negotiations and search for a new home in Annapolis!

Rosso Commercial completed full market search to help Sandy Pony assess all potential relocation options (both on market and off market options), conducted property tours and handled letter of intent/lease negotiations on behalf of their client. The Woodbridge Center, located at 2444 Solomons Island Rd was identified as a great relocation opportunity, allowing Sandy Pony a more suitable space size in comparison to their existing space at Annapolis Towne Centre, while while keeping Sandy Pony in their target market, located in a highly visible and convenient location.

Ben Wang and Brea Reeves, Owners of Sandy Pony Donuts, stated, “While currently operating a donut shop in Annapolis, MD; John Rosso found us our new location, negotiated the lease and handled all issues and entanglements. Throughout the experience John was professional, positive and efficient; the entire process could not have gone any better. We are fully confident had John not been involved, we would not have ended up with the same satisfying results. We can’t thank him enough for his time and knowledge with finding us our new future location.”

Sandy Pony Donuts signed a new 10-year lease, showing their long-term commitment to providing the highest quality made-to-order, hot, fresh donuts, ice cream, bubble-tea and more to Annapolis. Sandy Pony Donuts will complete their build-out in the new space by the end of the year, with a Q1 2017 opening.

John Rosso of Rosso Commercial Represented the Tenant, Sandy Pony Donuts, in this Lease Transaction.
