This 14,000 SF building located on the Westbound side of Rte. 50 has long served the greater Annapolis & Eastern Shore communities for 46 years, offering a variety of seasonal retail sporting goods, equipment and merchandise.
Generally speaking, it is not easy to secure the right buyer for ‘unique’ properties, and this property had been on and off the market for a number of years prior to our firm listing it. However, Ross Westholm & Ryan Brassel of RossoCRE implemented an aggressive and fresh marketing approach for our clients, were able to garner strong new activity and secured a contract to sell the property within 2 months of listing it. Unfortunately, this first contract fell apart due to COVID related issues. A new marketing plan and pricing strategy was put into place immediately, which led to a new buyer, and the property successful sold on December 30th 2021.
The sellers/Ski Haus will rent back and continue to occupy the building for some time while the new owners make headway with their future plans with the property.
